Recently there was a sample Student Goal Sheet with CAFE menu AND space to write in goals at the bottom. I can't find that in the website- can anyone help? OR have you created individual sheet with this info. Thanks

We do have this form: https://www.thedailycafe.com/content/reviewing-and-renewing-strategies . It allows students to fill in the strategies they are working on, or have worked on. I know it's different than what you described, but perhaps this will help :).
