I love the ideas in the newsletter. I too have been trying to help and guide my teachers as much as possible. Biggest concern right now though is CAFE and individual conferencing. My teachers feel inadequate at identifying goals. I have modeled, then co-taught, then just observed but they still express concerns. Any ideas?
