Use Previous Year's Data to Set Initial Goals

Shannon Campbell believes her fifth graders have the ability to look at data and make decisions about next steps. She starts the year by meeting with individual students, reflecting on data from the previous year, and setting initial goals. After that, Shannon begins the assessments that will help her refine each goal and strategy.
