Children want to be successful and sometimes their behavior can get in the way, without them understanding how. In this two minute conference, Rhonda Baker confers with a kindergarten student to not only help him recognize his disruptive behavior, but also so they can make a plan together for how to resolve it. This gives him tools to help him be successful in the future.

This conversation is documented in the conferring notebook and a follow up conference is noted on the calendar so that Rhonda and the child can visit on how the new space worked for him and discuss if there are other steps needed to help him be successful.
