Personal Conferring Form for Students

It is important to partner with students in their learning. Here is one way we've found that helps students take ownership of their goals and strategies. As we confer and fill out our conferring forms, our students turn to this form in their notebooks and take their own notes.

Writing down goals, strategies, teaching tips, and next steps becomes an accountability piece, helping students partner in their own growth. We reserve this for our older students who have command over writing.
