I am having trouble downloading videos from the site.
I am a full member and can’t see any videos. PLEASE HELP me as I want to use these videos as resources.
I’m not sure what the problem is, but have you tried a different browser? I haven’t had any difficulty viewing the videos with Chrome or Firefox, but I know sometimes I do have trouble with things from time to time–and sometimes changing the browser makes a difference.
Also, emptying “cookies” (ask a tech person, if not sure about this) might help. Updating Adobe and Quiktime might also make a difference.
