B-Resilient Founder and District Director for Public Health–Idaho North Central District

Carol is the founder of b-Resilient, dedicated to motivating people to be healthy and happy. With an extensive background as a Nurse in Public Health, Carol has spent two decades promoting health and well-being across the nation. Carol is respected nationally in her Public Health role as immediate past president of the National Association of County and City Health Officials. At the national level, Carol has testified and presented to Congress on numerous occasions regarding health and wellness issues as well as advocating for preventive health and wellness legislation and funding.

Carol has a heart-felt passion for assisting the helping professions, including teachers, nurses and caregivers. She is dedicated to developing strategies to maintain personal health while they care for others.

Carol motivates, educates and trains individuals and groups across the country in techniques for finding and focusing on the factors that help an individual to be resilient.

Health initiatives are esential for each of us because we know the importance of staying healthy—mentally as well as physically—in order to sustain the energy and wellness we need to balance life while educating our children.
