Sisters on the Spot–I'm Done

Cynthia teaches second and third grades in Virginia, and wants to know the following: What do I do about the dreaded words, "I'm done" when the round isn't over yet? What if a student wants to select the same activity twice in a row? These are great questions...and the video will talk about that magic word Stamina, as well as knowing our students well enough to honor their wants when reasonable, and nudging them toward their needs when necessary.
