Hollie Gebhardt has been an elementary school teacher for the past 16 years. She is currently a third grade teacher for the Burlington School District in Burlington, Iowa. She earned her M.S. in reading and literacy from Walden University. Hollie has presented at reading conferences and has conducted staff development in her school district. She has been a member of her building's Literacy Team, Leadership Team, and Data Team.
When not in the classroom teaching, Hollie can be found in her home office working as an adjunct professor for UIU, facilitating the Daily 5 and CAFE graduate course with Allison Behne. She is an avid reader and enjoys instilling a love of reading in her students. She resides in Burlington, Iowa with her husband and three children.
