This school year has truly been out of the ordinary. Each week brings new challenges and successes as we deal with COVID and the changes it has caused in our lives and work. With the ongoing challenges it’s easy to think we have no control over our life and the things that influence us.

But we do have control! It’s our life to live as we choose.
Consider the things we can control in our life, and focus on them.

Our emotions
Our attitude
Our behavior
Our thoughts

Once we realize that we truly are in control, we can step up and give ourselves the power to make things happen.

Control our emotions. Choose happy and calm.

Control our attitude. Choose to be grateful.

Control our behavior. Choose healthful foods and long walks.

Control our thoughts. Choose to focus on positive words and outcomes.
