We love spending time in Rhonda Baker's Kindergarten class!

Recently during our time there we once again saw the effectiveness of a brief brain and body break. Four minutes into her third focus lesson of the morning, Rhonda noticed her students were finding it difficult to focus. She paused, provided a brain break so they could reset, and continued with her lesson. It worked like a charm! You may wish to try this same brain break with your students.
