Always Moving Forward

Even baby steps move you forward. Sometimes life feels like you are standing still. You don’t feel like you are making any progress on your goals, and you feel stuck where you are. Life just isn’t going anywhere.

During those times when you feel stalled, take a deep breath and lean in. Physically and mentally lean forward and make even a tiny movement in the right direction.

Forward, onward, positive movement in a good direction. You may not know where you are going, or what will be next, but trust your instincts and let yourself move. Do something, do anything—just make a move.

When in doubt, always move forward. It’s a good direction in which to be heading.
