There is nothing stronger than a great team. A group of people who put their heads and hearts together and help each other by working together can't help but be successful.
Some of us enjoy playing on a team, and some of us prefer to watch. Whether it's sports, math, science, or a team at work, the best teams share a common vision and work together to be successful.
A team spirit is often with us throughout our lives. Sports fans take loyalty to a team very seriously, and it often comes out in some fun, wacky, interesting traditions. We hoot and holler and cheer. We dress in our team colors and perform rituals and adhere to superstitions that we think will help our teams win. Whether watching Little League, high school, college, or professional sports, we love our teams!
If we were all forced to dress alike, we would complain, but have you ever noticed that no one complains when they dress for the team? Some not only wear the colors out of loyalty, but paint their faces and dye their hair to match.
Think how much better our workplaces would be if everyone had this kind of team spirit!
