Laughter

"The most wasted of all days is one without laughter"
e.e. cummings

Think about the friends and colleagues in your life who make you laugh. We are naturally drawn to others whose smiles and laughter are infectious. Laughter benefits our lives in many ways.

  • Laughter is a great healer.
  • It positively rejuvenates our emotions.
  • Laughter calms our nerves.
  • It increases creativity.
  • Laughter reduces anxiety and tension.

People who have the ability to laugh at themselves and at their own situations are better able to keep things in perspective.

How about you? Are you the person with the lighthearted personality that draws others to you? Is your laughter contagious?

Make it a point not to waste this day. Be on the lookout for moments that charm, delight, and tickle the funny bone. Then let loose and laugh.
