Don't Get Infected by the Negativity Bug

Have you ever noticed how contagious a negative attitude can be? It takes only one person having a bad day and the negativity is so infectious that others easily fall prey to it. When negativity consumes just one person, it has the potential to spread to everyone around them.

Don’t spread the negativity bug! When you hear someone complaining or trying to get others to join in on their negative outlook, it’s up to you to decide not to engage in that behavior. Just as you take preventive steps to avoid the flu bug, wash your hands of this negative talk. Acknowledge that it’s in the building, separate yourself from the negative influence, and don’t get infected.

The negativity bug is everywhere. Protect yourself with a positive attitude and a smile.
