Hazy Days

Carol Moehrle

Some days when you get up in the morning, you still feel tired. You sluggishly drag yourself through your early-morning routines, but your body and brain are in a haze.

Sometimes that haze can last for days. You go through your day with the vague, indistinct feeling that you are walking in a fog. Everything around you lacks brightness and focus.

How do you get yourself out of the haze? Perhaps you take a walk to clear your head, or you spend some time in a good book or curled up with the family pet. Sometimes a physical workout will help get your circulation flowing and clear out the haze.

When the haze clears, you see details you forgot were there. The sun is brighter and the sky is clear. Colors are bold and vivid, and you are able to focus on the beauty of the day.

Everyone goes through hazy days. Clear the haze in your mind so that your vision can be unclouded and focused.
