Every child in our classroom deserves to learn and grow, be engaged, and succeed. We have a variety of articles and videos that provide strategies to support our students who can be a challenge because of behavior challenges. We fondly call these children barometer students, as they can dictate the weather of our classrooms.

In addition to the strategies we provide for supporting and working with challenging students, we want to share Josh Work's Tips for Teaching Tough Kids. Josh's advice comes after working with tough kids in the middle school setting. He believes it is a privilege to work with these students, and even though they can make our lives a little difficult, we couldn't agree more.
