Have you ever been asked to show your school leader proof that Daily 5 and CAFE will work with your students? Peter Dewitt, a school administrator and blogger for Education Week, interviewed us and admitted to asking that same question of his teachers.
He said, "I want proof that the programs teachers use are worthwhile. I want to be convinced that students understand what they are supposed to be doing. In these present times of data driven instruction and accountability, we don't have time to waste on programs that don't give us the most educational bang for our buck. In the end, we are here to make sure that our students are learning and I now know, the Daily 5 provides those experiences."
