You’ve heard the saying A picture is worth a thousand words. If your school is hiring new teachers for the start of a new school year, consider keeping your CAFE Menu up when school gets out. Having a clear picture of what a menu looks like at the end of the year is a wonderful way to provide a “results” example to teachers who may be unfamiliar with Daily 5 and CAFE.

If you are in a school where all the walls must be cleared for summer cleaning, keep the strategy cards to show new staff members. You’ll be able to define particular strategies and share how they align with the standards and expectations for your grade level.

Get a few more “miles” out of your CAFE Menu by keeping those staple removers at bay a little longer.
