In this video, Gail meets with Cindy Danielson, a second-grade teacher who is learning how to use her assessments to determine which strategy to teach in her one-on-one conferences.

Cindy assessed a student and decided on the goal but wanted coaching from Gail on what strategy to start with. Together, they look for patterns in the students reading errors to determine strengths and possible areas for instruction.
