For less than the price of sending one person to a national conference, your entire team can receive advice, support, and strategic tools from The 2 Sisters all year long.

The membership subscription rate for one year is $59 per person for over 20 members. All members must be submitted on the same form.

Please note, due to administrative processing costs, registrations by check or purchase order will only be accepted for a full year membership.

If you want to pay the group membership with a credit card, please fill out our Credit Card Authorization form and send it in along with the registration form.

To activate your subscription:

1. Fill out the Group Membership Registration Form. Please make sure that you type in the first name, last name AND email address of every person that is receiving a membership to the Daily Cafe website.
2. Fax the form with your purchase order or credit card authorization form attached to Educational Design at 1-253-276-0073 OR
   
3. Mail the form with your purchase order or check enclosed, payable to Educational Design, LLC - The 2 Sisters at 1911 SW Campus Dr #683, Federal Way, WA 98023 OR
   
4. Scan the printed form and Purchase Order and send both as attachments in an Email to info@thedailycafe.com.
   
5. Add www.thedailycafe.com to your white list (you will probably have to contact your IT administrator)

Subscriptions are usually activated within one business day of receipt of application and payment or purchase order.
