Frequently Asked Questions Q: I forgot my username and password. Can you send it to me?
A: Please go to Member Area, type in your email address in the designated box, click submit, and your login details will be emailed to you.
Q: I requested to have my login information emailed to me, but have not received an email. What happened?
A: Sometimes emails from our system are automatically diverted to the spam folder. Look for an email from webmaster@thedailycafe.com. Please make sure that www.thedailycafe.com is put on your white list (or your school server's white list).
Q: I want to change my login information or update my email address and address. How can I do that?
A: Log into The Daily Cafe with your current username and password. Then click on "Your Account" at the bottom left of the screen (under our Copyright Policy). Follow the link "To change your account details" and update your information.
