CAFE™ - Conferring Cheat Sheet (DOWNLOAD)
Kristina Wootan took two of our forms and combined them into what she calls a "Conferring Cheat Sheet". She wrote to us and told us, "I ran these on cardstock, cut them in half, and carry them around with me when I am conferring so I have the examples with me." Since she is left handed, she left space on the top for the hole punch, not the side. Just goes to show how brilliant you all are, taking what you see and making it your own.
