We recently spent a day with Diana Muller who posed a question about book boxes. Diana is from Rome, Georgia, and even though we wanted to just sit and listen to this southern gal talk for awhile, we had to answer her excellent question.

What do we do about those students who never want to change the books in their book box? That question will be answered, and we also address students at the other end of the spectrum who are constantly wanting to trade books out. Listen in.
